In our workshop, we would like to identify and analyze data-based value creation potentials together with you. We will show you the added value of data-based business models and best practices and discuss the opportunities and challenges of technical and economic implementation.

We would like to get an overview of your initial situation as well as insights into your own projects in order to identify concrete use cases together and to conceptualize the technical, business model-related and organizational design. At the end of the workshop, you will have a clear understanding of the potential of data-based value creation and will be able to start your own projects or, if you are interested, develop them further together with us in a targeted manner.
