Secure identities for automation systems according to IEC 62443

For companies in the field of industrial production, the necessity of cyber security is beyond question in order to ensure the sustainable success of Industrie 4.0. In this context, the IEC 62443 series of standards has established itself as the standard for industrial cybersecurity.

Secure digital identities enable proof of identity and, according to IEC 62443-3/4, are a building block for secure integration of automation components. Secure identities increase the level of protection against unauthorized access.

The event is aimed at manufacturers of automation components, machine builders and operators of industrial production facilities. Both companies without experience in IEC 62443 and those with experience are welcome to attend.
